In John 16, Jesus explains that he must go away so that he can send the Advocate - the Spirit of truth - to guide followers into all truth. In Acts 2, those gathered (120 disciples) were filled with the Holy Spirit at Pentecost and spoke in tongues as the Spirit enabled them. We explore what the Bible has to say about this important gift to empower God's people to live for Christ and to spread the gospel throughout the earth.
